That goal materialized in many ways, of which the most notable happened in 2015 as Jocelyn designed and launched “Syb.l” (Sybil - S IH BAHL) their first algorithmic quantitative momentum model.

It is with the same pro-active attitude and desire to continuously bring improve both individual and institutional clients’ outcome that Jocelyn in 2023, co-founded with Ryan Coleman his own Registered Investment Advisor and CIT (collective Investment Trust) sub-advisory Firm: NAVIQUANT.

“One of my proudest moments is still the Citizenship Ceremony in 2011, when I became a US Citizen. I did have a moment of panic when the field officer cut my green card just to realize that I did not need it anymore !!”

  • Cassie Mcdonald

    Administrative Assistant

Cassie McDonald spent ten years in the mortgage industry where she learned how to be efficient, organized, and roll with the punches. Her super power is being able to remain positive and focused under pressure, and to always be asking how something can be done better.
